These Terms and Conditions govern your use of NailBooks, a product of Felt Group LLC. By using NailBooks — whether as a nail technician or as a client booking an appointment — you agree to these terms.
About NailBooks
NailBooks is a booking and client management platform designed for solo nail technicians. It allows nail technicians to manage appointments, clients, and payments, and allows clients to book appointments through a publicly accessible booking page.
SMS Messaging Program
Program name: NailBooks Appointment Notifications
Description: Transactional SMS messages related to appointment bookings, reminders, and payment requests.
Message frequency: Varies. Typically 1 confirmation message per booking, up to 2 reminder messages per appointment, and payment request messages as initiated by your nail technician.
Message and data rates may apply.
To opt out, reply STOP to any message.
To request help, reply HELP or contact us at support@nailbooks.app.
By providing your phone number on a NailBooks booking page, you consent to receive the following types of SMS messages:
- Appointment confirmation messages sent immediately after booking
- Appointment reminder messages sent approximately 24 hours and 2 hours before your appointment
- Payment request messages from your nail technician
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive one confirmation message and no further messages. To re-enable messages, contact your nail technician directly.
Nail Technician Accounts
Nail technicians who create accounts on NailBooks agree to:
- Provide accurate business information
- Use the platform only for legitimate appointment and client management purposes
- Not use the SMS messaging features for marketing, promotions, or any purpose other than transactional appointment-related communication
- Comply with all applicable laws regarding SMS messaging and data privacy
Client Booking
Clients who book appointments through NailBooks booking pages agree that:
- The appointment is with the individual nail technician, not with Felt Group LLC
- NailBooks is not responsible for the quality of services provided by nail technicians
- Cancellation and refund policies are set by the individual nail technician
Prohibited Use
You may not use NailBooks to:
- Send unsolicited commercial messages
- Impersonate another person or business
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Interfere with the operation of the platform
Limitation of Liability
Felt Group LLC provides NailBooks on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to missed appointments, payment disputes between clients and nail technicians, or SMS delivery failures.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of NailBooks after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States.
