NailBooks is a product of Felt Group LLC. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you use NailBooks — including the booking pages operated by nail technicians on our platform.

Information We Collect

When you book an appointment through a NailBooks booking page, we collect:

• Your name
• Your phone number
• Your email address
• The appointment details you select (service, date, time)

Nail technicians who create accounts on NailBooks also provide their business name, city, Instagram handle, and booking handle.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information collected solely to provide appointment-related services:

• To confirm your appointment via SMS and/or email
• To send appointment reminders via SMS (24 hours and 2 hours before your appointment)
• To send payment requests from your nail technician via SMS
• To allow your nail technician to manage their client records

We do not use your information for marketing purposes, and we do not sell or share your information with third parties for advertising.

SMS Messaging

By providing your phone number and completing a booking on a NailBooks booking page, you consent to receive SMS messages related to your appointment. These may include:

• Appointment confirmation messages
• Appointment reminder messages
• Payment request messages from your nail technician

Message frequency varies based on your appointment activity. Message and data rates may apply.

To opt out of SMS messages at any time, reply STOP to any message you receive. To request help, reply HELP.

Data Retention

Your information is retained for as long as your nail technician maintains their NailBooks account. You may contact your nail technician or us directly to request deletion of your records.

Data Security

NailBooks uses Supabase for data storage, which provides industry-standard security including encryption at rest and in transit. We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access.

Third-Party Services

NailBooks uses the following third-party services to operate:

• Supabase — database and authentication
• Twilio — SMS delivery
• Resend — email delivery
• Expo / Apple / Google — push notifications

Each of these services has their own privacy policy governing their data handling practices.

Children's Privacy

NailBooks is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page with a revised date.
